• Michael Smith, 11/21/2001, of 132 North Martin Luther King Jr. Drive — arrested for aggravated assault and extreme indifference to life by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Dwayne Broom, 03/21/1970, of 1006 Stapleton Lane in Wesson — arrested for felony bad check by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• James Owen Smith, 09/23/1970, of 301 Montgomery St. — arrested for disorderly conduct by BPD.

• Seth Thomas Triggs, 12/12/1991, of 301 Montgomery St. — arrested for disturbing the peace by BPD.
