• Nicholos S. Devine, 12/25/1993, of 412 Kennedy Drive — arrested for DUI- first offense by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Deaunte Mackabee, 12/22/1990, of 808 Dow Street — arrested for indictment by Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Aaron Moore, 12/09/1970, of 1267 Heucks Retreat Road — arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of two controlled substances by Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics

• Bruce Robinson, 08/21/1965, of 217 Hall Street — arrested for contempt of court-city, possession of two controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia by BPD.

• John Robinson Jr., 07/03/1958, of 301 Ash Street — arrested for public drunk by BPD. 

• Anthony Coghlan, 07/15/1988, of 1588 Shanna Lane — arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor by MBN.
