Glenn and Vickie Driskell, of Brookhaven, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Hannah Marie Driskell, to Russell Blanks Butts Jr. of Natchez.

He is the son of Russell and Stephanie Butts of Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of Don and Marilyn Driskell of Brookhaven, and Charlotte Walters and the late Hiram Walters of Brandon.

He is the grandson of Lucius Butts and the late Hilda Butts of Natchez, and the late Flavius and Pauline Smith of Natchez.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Brookhaven High School, Mississippi State University and the University of Southern Mississippi. She is currently employed with Merit Health Natchez where she works as a registered nurse in the intensive care and emergency departments.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School of Natchez and the University of Mississippi. He is currently employed by Edward Jones Investments as a financial advisor.

The couple will exchange vows at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer. A reception will follow at Trinity Park.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
