Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Sunday and Monday were as follows:

•Christopher Clay, 11-20-1981, of 3656 Wesley Lane, Hazlehurst – arrested for probation violation, possession of open beer, driving with a suspended license, seatbelt violation and no proof of liability insurance by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Nathan Davis, 7-24-1985, of 3379 Dellwood Drive, Ruth – arrested for failure to appear by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Timothy D. Dickey II, 10-15-1986, of 1255 Crete Lane – arrested for improper equipment on vehicle, no tag, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

•Marshandi J. McNeal, 11-9-1968, of 528 West 77th Street, Los Angeles – arrested for public profanity and disturbing the peace by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Jeffrey W. Williamson, 10-08-1965, of 37 James Cox Road, Monticello – arrested for possession of stolen property by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office

•Rafin Henderson, 9-23-1961, of 2445  Fortune Road – arrested for DUI – third or subsequent conviction, possession of beer in a dry county, no proof of liability insurance, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and an expired tag by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Duane Marshall, 4-13-1997, of 1534 Southwest Alman Trail, Bogue Chitto – arrested for two counts of contempt of court by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•Alana Russell, 3-11-1992, of 997 West Lincoln Drive Southwest – arrested for DUI – first offense by the Mississippi Highway Patrol

•Kenneth Dean Smith, 08-26-1965, of 420 Dale Trail – arrested for aggravated assault on law enforcement, public drunkenness, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace by the Brookhaven Police Department.

•John P. Sullivan, 6-14-1990, of 3418 Gloster Road, Meadville – arrested for DUI – first offense and no proof of liability insurance by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

•Frankie Cannon, 6-10-87, of 111 S. Posey — arrested for willful trespass, taking of a motor vehicle by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

•Ernest Jones, 11-9-71, of 633 Independent St., arrested for disorderly conduct/breach of peace, resisting arrest by Brookhaven Police Department.
