Monticello Reports

The Monticello Fire Department reports were unavailable for Friday and early Saturday.

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department and Monticello Police Department reports two ambulance runs, one police call, one sheriff call, two first responder calls and one unlock for Friday. For Saturday, there was one ambulance, one sheriff call, one police call and one first responder call.

 

Copiah County Reports

The Wesson Police Department reports no activity for Friday and early Saturday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reports no activity for Sunday and Monday.

 

Mississippi Highway Patrol

The Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a two-vehicle accident on I-55 southbound at mile marker 35 at 10:55 p.m. Friday. No injuries were reported. MHP also responded to a one-vehicle accident on I-55 south bound at mile marker 33 at 3:11 a.m. Saturday. No injuries were reported.

 

KDMC Ambulance Report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 11 calls for Friday; with two transfers. There were nine emergencies, six medical, with two in the city and four in county; two traumas, with one in the city and one in the county; and one motor vehicle accident in county.

 

Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Thursday was as follows:

•Sally L. Netterville, 5-3-57, 1265 Fieldlark Lane, Apt. 14 – arrested for simple assault on Brookhaven Police Department.

•Phyllis D. Peartree, 7-22-78, of 209 Grantwood – arrested for shoplifting by BPD.

•Benjamin W. Williams, 10-10-75, of 2805 Big Creek Drive, Bogue Chitto – arrested for shooting into a dwelling by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
