The Monticello Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire with no injuries at 1:53 p.m. at Duncan Chevron on Hwy 27 S.

 

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reports were not available for Saturday through Monday.

The Copiah County Sheriff’s Department reported no activity for Saturday through Monday.

The Wesson Volunteer Fire Department reports were not available for Saturday through Monday.

 

Highway Patrol reports

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident with injuries Saturday at 4:01 p.m. at I-55 S at mile marker 47.

 

King’s Daughters Ambulance report

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reports 48 calls for Saturday through Monday. Eleven were transfers, with nine to Jackson, one to Pike County and one to city. There were 37 emergency calls; 29 medical, with 17 in the city and 12 in the county; four traumas, with three in the city and one in the county; and four MVAs, with one in the city and three in the county.
