The Wastewater Treatment Facility in Brookhaven reported a high of 93 degrees for Tuesday and a low of 68. The temperature at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday was 72 degrees. There was no precipitation.

The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Beauregard Street Tuesday. Firefighters responded to the fire at approximately 6:18 p.m. and were back at the station by 6:48 p.m.

Arrests
The Lincoln County Jail Docket for Monday was as follows:
• Jonathan D. Bowman, 5-30-91, of 3735 Perry Town Road, Crosby — arrested for first offense DUI and obstructing a public Highway by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Sandy C. Osteen Jr., 07-17-78, of 26 Valley Road, Hattiesburg — arrested for felonious bad check by the LCSO.

King’s Daughters Ambulance Report
King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service had 10 calls Tuesday; three were transfers, with all three to Jackson. There were seven emergency calls, with seven medical, two in the city and five in the county.
