Graveside Services for Shelby Joe Daughdrill of Brookhaven were 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18, 2014, at Clear Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Daughdrill, 75, died Aug. 16, 2014, at his residence. He was born on Dec. 15, 1938, to Kirby and Lorraine Daughdrill.

He served in the National Guard. He was the retired owner of Joe Daughdrill Logging Inc. and a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; daughter, Linda Smith; and brother, Kirby Daughdrill Jr.

Survivors are his wife, Kay Daughdrill; daughter, Kim Barlow and husband, Carroll; son, Troy Beasley and wife, Angie; brothers, Leon Daughdrill and wife, Barbara Jean, Mack Daughdrill and wife, Ernestine, Johnny Daughdrill and wife, Barbara Ann, Chester Daughdrill and wife, Dixie, Dale Daughdrill and wife, Debbie; sister, Ann Farmer and husband, Robert Earl; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
