Patricia Joan Case

A celebration of life will be held for Mrs. Patricia Joan Case at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Macedonia Baptist Church with visitation from 9 a.m. until the time of service and burial at the Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Patricia Joan Case, 87, of Brookhaven, passed away April 28, 2025. She was born on April 9, 1938, to the late Thomas Woodrow Albritton Sr., and Martha Louise Case.

She was a devoted member of Macedonia Baptist Church for over 68 years. She loved spending time with her family and especially cooking for them. Nothing in life brought her more joy than her children and grandchildren, but the love she had for her Savior, Jesus, was evident in everything she did.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband of 63 ½ Years, Thomas Aubrey Case; her brothers, Thomas W. Albritton and Edward Eugene “Boogie” Albritton (Ann); her sister, Gilda Faye Albritton Thornhill (Claude).

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Thomas Aubrey Case Jr. and wife Andrea, and Timothy Mark Case and wife Gwen; her five grandchildren, Kris Case (Beth), Kellie Simmons (Josh), Jennifer Kelly (Jason), Alan Case (Kelsey) and Jason Case (Laura); 11 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Inga Albritton.

Special thanks to all nurses and staff members at Compassus Hospice Ministries and Trend Health and Rehab of Brookhaven for taking such good care of our precious loved one.
