The Natchez Chapter of The Links Incorporated conducted its annual Women’s Empowerment Banquet on April 5 on the Natchez campus of Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Community leaders, honorees and guests were invited to an evening of recognizing the contributions of women making a difference in their communities. Honorees were recognized for achievements in various fields, from education to community service, and presented with awards and tokens of appreciation. 

The 2025 honorees included: Orionna Coleman, Lincoln County; Dr. Erica Jordan, Pike County; LeCourtney Young, Jefferson County; Dr. Ursula Brooks-Clemons, Adams County; Toyua Bachus, Concordia Parish; and Dr. Tina Bruce, special recognition. 

Keynote speaker was Meosha Givens, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
