Prevent a lost pet in Lincoln County.

This Saturday, April 12, dog and cat owners can get rabies vaccinations and microchipping for just $10 each at PetSense in Brookhaven — cash only. The event — in partnership with Brookhaven Animal Rescue League — is noon to 3 p.m. All cats must be in carriers, and all dogs must be leashed.

PetSense also has raffles, with ticket sales starting Thursday: a free round of weekday golf at The Club at Ole Brook; two photography sessions; a planter from TSC; plants from Buds and Blooms; and gift cards from various businesses — Cracker Barrel, Wild Fox Coffee, Lolli’s, Brookhaven Skating Rink, Janie’s Pastries, Brookhaven Barber Shop, K&B Seafood, Tropical Smoothie, Titas Grill, Just Tint, A. Morgan, PJ’s Coffee, Three Sisters Boutique, Expectations, Catfish One, and Mason & Magnolia.
