Children invited to free G.O.A.T. kids sports camp — Camp welcomes former MLB player, Miss Teen USA this week

The God Over All Things Sports Kids Camp is back this week at Brookhaven Exchange Club Park.
On the small ballfield from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m., children will have opportunities to play sports, meet and hear from athletes, and learn about Jesus.
Today, Wednesday, Former Major League Baseball player John Lindsey will be the featured guest. The Brookhaven High football team will also be there to interact with the children.
On Tuesday, Copiah-Lincoln Community College Wolves running back Kenyon Armstrong was the guest speaker. Campers played kickball, made crafts with American Legion Auxiliary Unit 79, and enjoyed pizza donated by Guy and Kristi Orr.
Thursday — the third and final night of the free spring camp — features Co-Lin’s cheerleaders and Baptist Student Union members, and special guest Miss Teen USA Addie Carver.
Anyone who would like to be a part of the activities is invited to come.
