Tim Huckaby

A Celebration of Life will be held for Tim Huckaby at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Riverwood Family. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Tim passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at his home in Brookhaven, MS. He was 65 years old.

Tim was born to Annie Huckaby and JC Huckaby on April 14, 1959, in Brookhaven, MS.

Tim enjoyed his employment with Fleetway Morris Petroleum until his retirement. He loved to joke around and make people laugh. He loved being outside. His favorite thing to do was to spend time with his grandchildren. They were his everything! He spent his retirement hanging out with them at their home playing outside, refereeing ball games, taking them on walks, playing hide and seek, playing barbies with his “Princess Hazel”, or whatever they came up with.

He is preceded in death by his son, Timothy Hardy Huckaby; mother, Annie Huckaby; father, JC Huckaby; brothers, Don Huckaby and Pat Huckaby; and sister, Kay Weaver.

Survivors include his daughter, April Huckaby; grandsons, Dominick, Jayden, Kade, Blaze, and Xander White; granddaughter, Hazel White; special friend, Lesa Huckaby Cook; and a host of other family members, numerous friends, and work family.

The family would like to say a special Thank You and acknowledgement to Marty Ballard and staff, and those who have chosen to keep their overwhelming kindness and assistance anonymous.
