A man caught on video vandalizing a Tesla sedan at Brookhaven Walmart Friday has been identified.

Osvaldo Torres-Rodriguez, age 63, is a Cuban man who is not U.S. citizen.

He has an active felony arrest warrant.

On Friday, March 28, cameras in the Tesla captured video of a male who approached the vehicle with wire cutters in his right hand. He then vandalized the hood and driver’s side of the car with the tool.

“It does not matter what your political views are, you have no right messing with people’s personal property,” said Police Chief Kenneth Collins.
