A man is dead and another is sought by police after a Wednesday shooting in Cloverdale.
Shots were fired in the Cloverdale Apartments area around 6 p.m.
A male victim was transported via ambulance to Kings Daughters Medical Center, where he later was pronounced dead, according to Police Chief Kenneth Collins.
The victim was identified by police as Deleatric Quarles.
“We do have a suspect out there,” said Assistant Police Chief Penny Banks.
Banks said officers are reviewing videos, and the incident remains under investigation.
