Ole Miss names 2024 fall grads

More than 630 students graduated from the University of Mississippi in December 2024. Undergraduate and graduate candidates received degrees from the College of Liberal Arts, General Studies and schools of Law, Journalism and New Media, Engineering, Education, Business Administration, Applied Sciences and Patterson School of Accountancy.
Jarrett Lea, of Brookhaven, is one of the graduates. Lea received a Master of Accountancy and Data Analytics from the Graduate School.
Jake Papizan, of Hazlehurst, is one of the graduates. Papizan, who majored in Hospitality Management, received a Bachelor of Science from the School of Applied Sciences.
“Congratulations to our December 2024 graduates who are distinguished by their dedication to academic success,” UM Chancellor Glenn Boyce said. “They accomplished so much during their years at the university. I applaud them and can’t wait to see all the ways they will continue building their legacies that began here.”
December 2024 graduates are invited to walk across the stage at the University of Mississippi 2025 Commencement exercises, which will be held May 7-10.
