58th Krewe of Ceres presents Charity Ball Maids

The 58th annual Krewe of Ceres Charity Ball will take place Saturday, Feb. 15, 2025, at the Lincoln Civic Center. 

This year’s maids are as follows.

 

Sarah Todd Adcock

Sarah Todd Adcock is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Todd Adcock. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Burdine and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Adcock. 

Sarah Todd is a 2023 Highest Honors graduate of Brookhaven High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, a Mississippi Scholar, and Tech Master. Sarah Todd was on the varsity cheer and tennis team where she received UCA All-American Cheerleader, 2x team state runner-up, and South State all-star tennis team. 

Sarah Todd is a sophomore at Mississippi State University. She is an active member of the Delta Gamma sorority where she is serving as director of new members, Orientation Leader, Hands and Feet Club serving as the fundraiser chair, and a mentor for the MSU Access program. She has been on the President’s List each semester and plans to attend nursing school after her junior year. 

Sarah Todd previously served on the court as a trainbearer in 2016 along with her brother, Robert. Her brother, Sam, was an escort for the 2021 court and trainbearer in 2012. Sarah Todd is a member of First Baptist Church of Brookhaven.   

 

Margaret Louise Allbritton

Margaret Louise Allbritton is the daughter of Bill and Kensy Allbritton and Mary Margaret Allbritton. Meg is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Allbritton, Mrs. Sue Magee and the late Mr. Jerry Magee, and Mr. and Mrs. Greg Hoff.

Meg is a 2023 graduate of Brookhaven High School. She served as a BHS baseball Diamond Girl, and a student ambassador. She was a member of the Junior Auxiliary Crown Club.

Meg is a sophomore at Copiah Lincoln Community College. She is a member of Sigma Kappa Delta honor society. Meg was the recipient of the Bank of Brookhaven scholarship, ACT scholarship and Willie H Smith Scholarship. She is a 2024 and 2025 volunteer with Lincoln County’s Night to Shine.

Meg’s brother Jon was an escort on the 2023 Charity Ball Court, and her sister Lil was a trainbearer to the Queen on the 2022 court. Meg’s great grandfather, Kenneth Warren, was the 2011 Charity Ball king. Meg is a member of Faith Presbyterian Church.

 

Lucy Elaine Allen

Lucy Elaine Allen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Robert Allen.  She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Patricia Black Allen and the late Robert Owen Allen and Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Grey Mason.

Lucy is a 2023 Honors Graduate of Brookhaven High School and a member of the BHS Academic and Athletic Halls of Fame.  She was a cheerleader and tennis team member, winning a doubles state championship her junior year. 

Lucy is a sophomore at the University of Mississippi where she is a member of the Trent Lott Leadership Institute, majoring in Public Policy Leadership and minoring in Spanish.  She is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, serving as a leadership and involvement chair and on the DEI and sisterhood committees. Lucy is an Ole Miss Ambassador, involved with the ASB Department of Justice and a member of the Chancellor’s Leadership Class.

Lucy served as trainbearer in 2016, brother Sam was train bearer in 2014 and an escort in 2023, father Will was an escort in 1993, Grandmother Patricia Allen was Queen in 1967, Aunt Julie Foncea was Queen in 1991 and Grandfather Bob Allen was King in 2006. Lucy currently attends Christ Presbyterian Church.

 

Aquinnah Claire Boerner

Aquinnah Claire Boerner is the daughter of Bradley Russell Boerner and Melissa Dingerson Boerner. She is the granddaughter of William David Boerner and Meredith Russell Boerner of Brookhaven, Mississippi; and the late Dr. Michael Robert Dingerson and Gail Krause Dingerson of Saint Simons Island, Georgia.

Quinn attended Brookhaven High School for her freshman and sophomore years. She was a member of BHS Cross Country, Track, and Soccer teams – for each of which she received the Highest Scholastic Average Award. Quinn graduated with honors from the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science. She served as captain of the MSMS Soccer team and was a member of the 30+ ACT Club.

Quinn is currently a sophomore at The University of Mississippi, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Manufacturing. She is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College as well as the Center for Manufacturing Excellence program, where she serves as an Ambassador. Quinn is a member of the Kappa Delta sorority and was honored to receive acceptance to the Order of Omega this year.

Quinn’s father, Brad Boerner, served as an Escort in 1994. Her grandfather Bill Boerner served as King in 2013. Quinn currently attends St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Oxford.

 

Carlee Kathleen Case

Carlee Kathleen Case is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Kristopher Case. She is the granddaughter to Mr. and Mrs. Mark Case and Zach Warren and Kathleen Smith. 

Carlee is a 2023 High Honors graduate of Brookhaven Academy. There, she was in Mu Alpha Theta, Science National Honors Society, ACT 25 Plus Club, the National Honors Society, and a Mississippi Scholar. Carlee was the co-captain of the dance team and a member of the cheer team. She also competed in quiz bowl her senior year. She received the ACT Scholarship and the Jansen Wright Memorial Scholarship. 

Currently, Carlee is in the sophomore class at Copiah Lincoln Community College majoring in Biology. She is the captain of the Colette’s Dance Team, a member of the Trailblazers, in Phi Theta Kappa, Sigma Kappa Delta, Mu Alpha Theta, and on the Vice President’s List. She has received the Dr. Robert Bennie Channel Scholarship, the Hardy Perritt for Excellence in Writing Scholarship, and the Donald and Sarah Johnson Scholarship. Carlee has been accepted at William Carey School of Pharmacy and will begin Pharmacy School in July 2025. 

Carlee is a member of Macedonia Baptist Church and the first person in her family to be in the Charity Ball Court. 

 

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Carroll Donegan 

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Carroll Donegan is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Donegan, Jr.  and the granddaughter of Mrs. Ronald Donegan and the late Ronald Donegan, Sr., and Mrs. Charles Morman and the late Mr. Charles Morman. 

Lizzie is a 2023 honors graduate of Brookhaven High School who played soccer each year. She was a senior year Captain and received the Coach’s award. Lizzie was chosen as the HOBY Leadership representative in her junior year and was also selected as a BHS student ambassador. 

Lizzie is a sophomore at the University of Southern Mississippi majoring in paralegal studies. She is a member of the Student Eagle Club, Paralegal Society, Student Alumni Association, and was selected as Greek Seeker for Fraternity-Sorority Life. She is a member of Kappa Delta sorority. Lizzie served as Music Chair, Song Leader, and is now on the Governing Council as VP Finance for 2025.  

Lizzie served as an Aide in 2012. Her oldest sister, Sulli, served as a maid in 2019, and her sister Lucy served as an Aide in 2012, a maid in 2022, and served as Queen of Charity Ball 2024. Lizzie attends Christ Methodist Church.

 

Lily Cher Gray

Lily Cher Gray is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Gray.  She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Cherie Langston and the late Dr. LeDon Langston, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Gray.

Lily is a 2023 special honors graduate of Brookhaven High School where she was a member of National Honor Society, National Technical Honors Society, and the Mississippi Scholars.  Lily was the FCA Media Chairman, and member of the cross country and tennis teams. She also volunteered with Disney Princess Relay for Life, Le Belles and Crown Club.

Lily is a sophomore at the University of Mississippi, majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry.  Following graduation, she hopes to attend the University of MS Medical Center.  At Ole Miss, Lily is a member of Tri Delta Sorority and is on the ministry team at the Wesley Foundation.  Lily recently also spent a week with the Wesley Mission Team in Costa Rica.

Lily is a member of First United Methodist Church where she has served as VBS leader and always enjoys volunteering at the Doug Sullivan Thanksgiving lunch.

Lily previously served on the court as a train bearer as did her sisters Rivers, Gracie and Anabel.  Rivers and Gracie were also members of the court in 2022.

 

Anna Grace McCreary

Anna Grace McCreary is the daughter of Rob and Melainie McCreary, granddaughter of Bob and the late Pat McCreary. 

 A 2023 graduate of Brookhaven High School, she was a member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Mississippi Scholars, and Mississippi Scholars Tech Masters. She was on the Ole Brook tennis team, Student Council, homecoming court, and participated all 4 years in the homecoming production.  

Anna Grace is currently a sophomore Biology major at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. She is Student Body President, a Mu Alpha Theta officer, member of Phi Theta Kappa, Honors College, Science Club, and Presidents Council. She is a trailblazer and was selected as Who’s Who. She plans to attend Mississippi State University and pursue Physician Assistant school.  

Her brothers, Caleb and Josh, served as escorts. She is a member of Faith Presbyterian Church, where she was Operation Christmas Child project leader for three years. 

 

Isabelle Page Nelson

Isabelle Page Nelson is the daughter of Guy and Page Nelson. She is the granddaughter of Rodney and Charma Johnson and Bobby and Patsy Nelson. 

Izzy is a 2023 High Honors graduate of Brookhaven Academy where she maintained an all A average. She was a member of the National Honor Society and was a Mississippi Scholar. She was voted Homecoming Queen and was a varsity cheerleader. She was a member of the varsity basketball, soccer, and tennis teams. She was a recipient of the Swalm Scholarship, MSU Leadership Scholarship, ACT Scholarship,and voted into the BA Hall of Fame.

Izzy is a sophomore at Mississippi State University majoring in Biomedical Engineering. She is a member of the Phi Mu Sorority and has been on the President’s List. 

Izzy’s brother, Britton, served as an escort in 2022.  She is a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.  

 

Sara Rodgers Smith

Sara Rodgers Smith is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Josh Smith. She is the granddaughter of Mr. & Mrs. Mike Smith, Mr. & Mrs. John Cleve Newton, and Mrs. Ann Ramsey. 

Sara Rodgers is a 2023 Honors graduate of Brookhaven Academy where she was a member of the National Honor Society and was a Mississippi Scholar and Senior Class Vice President. 

Sara Rodgers is a Sophomore at Ole Miss majoring in Public Policy Leadership and Integrated Marketing & Communications and is on the Dean’s list. She is the director of sisterhood for Delta Gamma sorority, president of Big Sis Organization, and serves with Cru Student Ministry. Sara Rodgers interns with Ole Miss Athletics-Marketing.

Sara Rodgers served on the court as a trainbearer in 2016. Her brother, Hamp, was a trainbearer in 2020 as well as her sister, Emmie, in 2023. Her father served as an escort for the court in 1995. Uncle Tucker Smith served as an escort in 1993. Aunt Liza Smith Hall served as a Trainbearer in 1989 and maid in 1999. Aunt Maggie Smith served as a trainbearer in 1995 and maid in 2003. Sara Rodgers is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.
