EAST LINCOLN — A two-vehicle wreck resulted in three subjects with injuries Sunday night as rain fell across Lincoln County. East Lincoln Volunteer Fire Department, King’s Daughters Medical Center, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, and Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to the crash. 

The wreck occurred on MS-583 near Tuckers Drive at 7:15 p.m. The East Lincoln Volunteer Fire Department was working a car crash on Mallileau Drive when they were dispatched to the scene on MS-583.

Public Affairs Officer Cpl. Craig James, with Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M, reported two drivers and a passenger involved in the crash on MS-583 suffered injuries. 

It was the only crash worked by MHP over the weekend.
