The American Council of Engineering Companies of Mississippi has named Jeff Dungan as the winner of its highest honor for distinguished service to the engineering profession. 

Dungan, a Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor, is the 2024 recipient of the Teddy Roosevelt Award. Dungan is Principal of Dungan Engineering and has served as president and a longtime member of the ACEC/MS Executive Committee.

“I am honored to be selected to receive the ACEC Teddy Roosevelt Award,” he said. “The opportunity that ACEC creates for me to contribute my time and effort to the betterment of the engineering profession in Mississippi is truly appreciated. I look forward to continuing this effort alongside my fellow professionals.”

Dungan was honored for his dedicated countless hours outside of his engineering duties for leading ACEC/MS in promoting the economic welfare and professional integrity of the engineering profession.
