BROOKHAVEN — ALDI’s grand opening is now just 10 days away. Local shoppers can experience the ALDI difference themselves when the new Brookhaven store opens on Thursday, December 12 at 9 a.m. The store will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

To celebrate, the first 100 customers will receive a gift bag filled with a sampling of ALDI Fan Favorites products and a gift card as part of the ALDI Golden Ticket gift card giveaway program. Shoppers can also enter a sweepstakes during the grand opening weekend December 12 – December 15 for a chance to win a $500 ALDI gift card.

“Our stores are designed to make grocery shopping smarter, faster and easier,” Heather Moore said. She is the Loxley vice president for ALDI. “We’re excited to open our first ALDI store in Brookhaven and introduce local customers to a new, more affordable way of shopping.”

As part of this Grand Opening in Brookhaven, ALDI is proud to be donating $1,000 to Mississippi Food Network. This donation is part of our commitment to donating $150,000 to Feeding America and its network of affiliates through 2024 to help alleviate hunger in local communities. In addition to this donation, ALDI will work with Mississippi Food Network to ensure excess grocery items are delivered to the local community through the Feeding America Network. In the past year, ALDI donated 33 million pounds of food to Feeding America partners across the country.
