BROOKHAVEN — Mississippi Department of Health reports seven local establishments earned “A” ratings and Brookhaven’s Bumpers earned a “C” rating. Reports are published in an online database. 

Bumpers, located at 108 US51 North, earned a “C” rating in an inspection on Nov. 19th. MSDH inspection reports state the restaurant had two violations corrected on scene. It is the third “C” grade Bumpers has received in the past four years. 

Rally’s, located at 755 Brookway Boulevard, earned an “A” rating for the fifth time since 2022. Little Tokoyo, located at 910 Brookway Boulevard, earned an “A” rating for the 18th time. 

Westbrook Cinema, located at 454 Brookway Boulevard, earned an “A” rating for the ninth time since 2016. 

OEC Japanese Express, located at 958 Brookway Boulevard, earned an “A” rating for the 18th time since 2016. Betty’s Eat Shop, located at 126 South Whitworth Avenue, earned an “A” rating for the 13th straight time since 2018. 

Bogue Chitto Truck Stop, located at 63 Bogue Chitto Road SE, earned an “A” rating and does not have a current streak. Brookhaven High School earned an “A” rating for the 18th straight time.
