BROOKHAVEN — As the Christmas season gets closer, Brookhaven Electric and Brookhaven Parks and Recreation were busy setting up and decorating a giant tree in downtown Brookhaven. Located by the Brookhaven Military Museum and along the railroad, the tree is a focal point during the holiday season.

Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce stated the annual tree lighting ceremony will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 30th.
