The Mississippi Department of Transportation advises that ramps at Exit 15 on Interstate 55 in Pike County will be closed Friday, Oct. 25, until Monday, Oct. 28.

The closures will begin at 6 p.m. Friday on the I-55 North entrance ramp and the I-55 South exit ramp at Hwy. 98/MS State Route 24, and conclude at approximately 6 a.m. Monday. The temporary closures are due to paving associated with an I-55 resurfacing project.

Detour signage will be in place. Motorists should be on high alert for roadside workers, and should seek alternate routes during this time period.
