• Randy Devonte Kelly, 03/27/1999, 1875 Linwood Lane — serving time, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
• Latoya Brown, 01/28/1981, 1512 Coopertown Road — arrested, charged with shoplifting first offense (value $1,000 or less), by BPD.
• Lucas Fidel Cardona, 05/18/1996, 16147 Hwy. 51, Hazlehurst — arrested, charged with DUI first, disobeying traffic control device, no auto insurance, no driver license, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
