The cab of an 18-wheeler was destroyed in an early morning fire Friday.

The truck caught fire while at Bogue Chitto Truck Stop, and the cab was a total loss, according to Lincoln County Emergency Management Director Chris Reid.

Bogue Chitto, Hog Chain and Zetus Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the blaze. No injuries were reported.
