Local woman wins $1,000

BROOKHAVEN — A local woman claimed a nice prize from the Mississippi Lottery Corporation Monday.
Felice won $1,000 on a $20 scratch-off ticket bought from A One Stop in Brookhaven. She is the first Lincoln County winner in 20 days.
Money raised by the Mississippi Lottery Corporation go towards education and infrastructure funds.
