NATCHEZ  — First responders in Adams County worked a single vehicle crash on the eastbound side of US-84 this morning. The crash was fatal according to Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M.

A 2025 Western Star driven by 49-year-old Robert Berryhill III of Smithdale, MS, traveled east on Highway 84 when it left the roadway and collided with a creek embankment. Berryhill III was pronounced dead on the scene.

This crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
