BROOKHAVEN — A flatbed full of Brookhaven High School seniors unloaded onto the front lawn to start the 2024-25 school year. Friends talked, took selfies and celebrated the first day of school Tuesday.
A ring of students stopped to pray for the school year before going inside.
Seniors, juniors and sophomore students sported their class t-shirts Tuesday morning.
