First Day of School: Loyd Star students pray ahead of school year

LOYD STAR — Students, staff, local youth pastors and parents gathered in the Loyd Star Gym Sunday afternoon before embarking on a prayer walk around campus. Students walked around campus praying in buildings, around classrooms and with each other for the upcoming school year.
Lincoln County School District’s four schools returned to class Monday morning.
