A Silver Alert has been issued for a Collins man on behalf of the Covington County Sheriff’s Office.

Willie Lindsey Jr., 48, of Collins, was last seen Tuesday, July 30, around 5:14 p.m. in the area of Hwy. 98 and Water Valley Road in Marion County. Described as a black male, with black hair and brown eyes, standing 6-feet tall, and weighing 300 lbs., Lindsey was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

Family members say Lindsey suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment. Anyone with information is asked to call the Covington County Sheriff’s Office at 601-765-0005, or 9-1-1.
