The final meeting of Theta Chapter 2023-24 year of Delta Kappa Gamma International was held in Wesson at Dump’s BBQ on April 8. Members present has a full slate of business to attend which included installation of new officers, recognition of 50 years of membership for Mrs. Diane McIntyre, and perfect attendance awards. In addition, guest author Dale Beasley delighted the group with readings from two of his Best Sellers, “What I learned at the Zoo” and “What I Learned at Bastogne,” followed by a book signing.

Hostesses for the meeting were Cindy Higgs, Chairman, Carol Rigby, Lynette Lott, and Polly White. They provided a lovely array of refreshments and a special cake to welcome new members.
