BROOKHAVEN — Mississippi Lottery Corporation reported two new lottery winners. The women are from Brookhaven.

One woman won $1,000 on a $3 scratch off ticket purchased from A One Stop #12 in Brookhaven. She was one word shy of winning $30,000.

The other woman won $2,500 on a cash pop ticket bought from B-Kwik #1 in Brookhaven Thursday afternoon.
