Graveside memorial service for Bobbie Rae Davis will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 20, at Neal Smithie Cemetery in Jayess, MS.

Mrs. Bobbie Rae Davis, 72, of Jayess, died July 14, 2024, at her residence. She was born in New Hebron, MS, November 22, 1951, to Thomas Cleveland Stephens and Ruby Reed Stephens. She worked in the food industry as a cook.

Mrs. Davis was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed the time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to be outdoors, sitting on her porch watching the birds and squirrels play. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ike Davis; her parents; sons, Johnathon Neal, Gordon Neal; daughter-in-law, Darlene Neal; sister, Betty McCaffery; and brother, R.C. Stephens.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Ann Anderson, David Anthony Neal, Shannon Denise Neal; sister, Shirley Harper; eight grandchildren, Corey Shemar Moore (Ashleigh), Gordon Daniel Slade Burkhart, Kaleb Rashad Burkhart, Ben Eugene Burkhart, Kristen Brooke Neal, Amber Darlene Wilson, Katie Fortenberry, Tyler Martin; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
