Any Mississippi Highway Patrol recruiter will say that being a Trooper is “more than a job. It’s a calling.”

On Saturday, July 13, MHP Troop M, 160 Hwy. 84 E in Brookhaven, will host a job fair beginning at 9 a.m. To learn more about what it means to be a Trooper, ask questions, discuss salary and benefits, visit the job fair in person.

“A patrol school is scheduled to begin in January and will last 17 weeks,” said Troop M Cpl. Craig James. “Don’t miss this opportunity. Meet our team and find out how you can make a difference in your community.”

Application deadline for the January school is Aug. 16.
