MPD thanked several agencies for assistance in the investigations and arrests:

- Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office
- Columbia Police Department
- Marion County Police Department
- Pearl Police Department
- The 15th District Attorney’s Office
“A special thanks to the agencies that assisted on the evening of March 29th after Prom, in keeping our community’s children safe, and to the chaperones who watched over them diligently,” Letchworth posted. “We are happy to report no children were hurt during this evening, despite the chaos. An arrest has been made in reference to the disturbance at the event center on W. Broad Street, and an investigation is ongoing at this time.”
