BROOKHAVEN — Happy Halloween. Tuesday was the last day of October and a great afternoon for trick or treating in Brookhaven.

Kids swarmed the downtown area and hit up homes on South Jackson Street for sweet candy and snacks. A DJ wearing an astronaut costume kept the music going for a halloween block party.

A stretch of South Jackson between Rushing Boots, J. Allans and Old Towne Church was shut down for trunk or treat festivities. Enjoy these pictures from the Tuesday evening fun.
