Kentucky woman, Missouri man arrested in Lincoln County, charged with drug trafficking

Two people were arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with drug trafficking.

Fifty-year-old Kimberly Ann McClanahan, of Hazard, Kentucky, and 37-year-old Danny Carl Golden, of St. Louis, Missouri, were arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputies Sunday following a traffic stop on Hwy. 51.

More than 30 grams of methamphetamines were in their possession, along with marijuana and various paraphernalia.

Golden was charged with following too close and driving under the influence. Both Golden and McClanahan were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in controlled substances.
