A Lawrence County man has been arrested and charged with two counts of cyberstalking and one count of exploitation of a child.

The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Benny Dewayne Harris Monday, June 26, according to Sheriff Ryan Everett. He is being held on a $150,000 bond in the Lawrence County Jail.

“We are currently processing evidence to determine whether or not any further charges are pending,” Everett said. 

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
