A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Rubinetta Qualls Short will be held 12 noon, Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Willie Mae Tyler Memorial Chapel, Brookhaven, MS.

Mrs. Short, a native of the Siloam Community in Lincoln Co., MS, passed away May 9, 2023, in Rockledge, FL.
