A Brookhaven woman turned a $7 lottery ticket into $5,000 this month.

The woman won the prize the Cash 4 game, which features twice-daily drawings and prizes of $5,000 or more.

Players choose their numbers and their drawing time – either 2:30 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. – and can increase potential winnings by choosing a Fireball number.

The woman picked the numbers “1012” for the evening drawings from April 17 through April 23 and won by having the exact order of the drawing one night. According to the Mississippi State Lottery, the odds of winning on the exact order are 1 in 10,000.

She purchased the ticket from Tobacco Mart in Brookhaven.
