Mississippi School of the Arts to celebrate 20 years May 5

The Mississippi School of the Arts will celebrate its 20th anniversary on Friday, May 5.

A VIP reception will be 5:30-6:30 p.m. at The Inn on Whitworth, followed by the celebration event in Lampton Auditorium on MSA’s campus at 7 p.m.

Many of the school’s partners will be recognized, and Vocal Music Department chair Patton Rice will be honored as he prepares for retirement.

Entertainment will be provided by the MSA Alumni Choir and featured MSA Alumni performers.
