• Jonathan J. Blanchard, 05/06/2003, 512 N Church St. — arrested, charged with disturbing the public peace, by BPD.
• Julious Barnes II, 12/20/1973, 2285 SW London Drive, Bogue Chitto — arrested, charged with DUI first, speeding 10-19 mph over limit, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
