Beltline Drive was temporarily blocked in Brookhaven Tuesday as wreckers to recover an overturned 18-wheeler.

No injuries were reported in the Tuesday morning wreck that occurred in the curve by Hansel King Sportsplex just before 9 a.m.

A Walmart truck traveling west through the curve left the roadway and tipped over onto the grass.

Brookhaven Police officers responded, and Davis Wrecker Service recovered the vehicle.

Bystanders said though it appeared the truck may have been traveling too fast into the curve, the area is a dangerous curve, having been the site of several previous wrecks.
