• James Demetrius Smith, 11/19/1982, 1224 Union St. — arrested for DUI first, disturbing the public peace, driving with license suspended, disobeying traffic control device x2, reckless driving, switched tag, speeding 1-9 mph over limit, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct/disobeying lawful order, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
• Jonathan Danford, 11/28/1985, 224 Hwy. 598, Seminary — arrested for DUI first, felony possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, no auto insurance, no seat belt, by MHP.
