Memorial Day is a time to remember our fallen heroes.

As we remember and honor our military who paid the ultimate price, we also pause to remember and honor those who died four years ago this weekend in Lincoln County: Deputy William Durr, Barbara Mitchell, Brenda May, Toccara May, Jordan Blackwell, Austin Edwards, Sheila Burage and Ferrel Burage.

Our prayers and support for their families continue just as they do for others we honor this weekend. May they be blessed and comforted.
