Arrest report correction

A man arrested May 13, 2021, for possession of paraphernalia falsely identified himself as Joshua Whaley, 03/16/1984, 720 Ann St.

The man arrested was not Whaley. Whaley has not been arrested nor charged with any crime, according to the Brookhaven Police Department.
