Lincoln County 4-year-old Waylon “Way Way”  Richardson has done something most anglers can only dream about.

On his first cast, two hungry bass struck the boy’s lure and were stuck fast. The whopper duo were caught in a private pond. Richardson is the grandson of Lincoln County District 3 Supervisor Nolan Williamson.
