Hilda Ray Burt Penner, 87, died Feb. 14, 2021, in Fresno, CA. She was born Oct. 11, 1933, in Lincoln County to Effie McLaughlin and Decatur Burt. She attended Arlington School through the 10^th grade and graduate from Brookhaven High School in the summer of 1952.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Inez Thornhill, Agnes Williams, Opal Burt and Barbara McCracken; and brothers, Julius Burt and Hoover Burt.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Penner; sister, Sandra Ratcliff; brother, Roffie Burt; and many nieces and nephews.
