Hazel Meenach Keeton Brister departed this life Sept. 15, 2020. She was born in Grayson, Kentucky, to Clifford and Lorene (Craycraft) Meenach.

She is preceded in death by husbands Carl Keeton and Almon Brister; sister, Glenna Gilstrap; and granddaughters, Sharon Wilson and Erica Keeton.

She leaves two sons, Jerry Keeton of Brookhaven and Jonathan Keeton (Debra); stepson, Dale Brister (Kaunita): two brothers,  Kennith and Leo Meenach of Ashland, KY; and one sister, Shelby Bush. She has 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020, at 3 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Rich Balkcom of Southway Baptist Church. Burial is at Bethel Pentecostal Church Cemetery on East Lincoln Road.

Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home.
