Conrad and Cindy Mord of Tylertown announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Lindi-Lane Smith of Monticello to Coby Hadden Smith of Monticello.

He is the son of Grady and Susan Smith of Monticello and Ronnie and Linda Peavey of Jayess.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Charlie and Lucy King of Brookhaven and Jeanette Barron and the late Maryland Barron of Bogue Chitto.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Buddy and Edna Smith of Monticello and the late Edward and Francis Hadden of Brookhaven.

Miss Smith is a honor graduate of Loyd Star Attendance Center and a cum laude graduate of Mississippi College where she received her bachelor of science degree in education. She is employed as a second-grade teacher at Monticello Elementary School.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of Lawrence County High School and studied industrial maintenance at Copiah Lincoln Community College. He is employed at B&B Electric.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019, at 5 p.m. at The Venue At Five Fifty in Brookhaven.
